Such a good weekend! Spent some time with Best Buddies up at Hearst Castle, amazing day!
I had the honor to attend the 2010 Audi Best Buddies Challenge at Hearst Castle in Central California on September 10th and I’m so happy to say that Best Buddies is saying that it was the biggest event they to date! It was a special event that featured a tough selection of bike routes of from 100 miles to 15 miles.
So many people deseerve shout outs for their support: First and foremost, the participants. Good job to them for all of their hard work. Also, the celbrities who took part: Carl Lewis, David Hasselhoff, Haley Hasselhoff Rob Lowe and Kelly Hu. “Miracle on the Hudson” hero Capt. Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, Kenny G, Miss California USA Nicole Johnson and all the rest. Such a great event!

Glad to hear it was another successful event. I was very disappointed not to attend this year but I already have it on my calendar for next year. I love the organization and enjoy participating as a volunteer guide,,so sorry I wasn’t there for you,,,but can’t be 2 places in one time and this year’s been a struggle in many ways. I’m heading to FL to walk another 60 miles and still haven’t bought that plane ticket! But I’ll get there by hook or by crook. Hopefully you’ll be here next June for Hyannisport BB?? Will see you then!
