Say what you want about the state of Baseball today, but this is one heroic move by Atlanta Braves Left Fielder Matt Diaz.
When a fan rushes the field, you really only have two options as a ballplayer. You can either chill out and let the kook run it out of his system until security tazes him, or you take things in to your own hands like Matt Diaz here.
It kind of makes you think about Hank Aaron hitting #715 and getting patted on the back by those two fans on the field, if Hank wailed on those guys with some brass knuckles.
