Rest in Peace – Gary Coleman
I don’t think people really know how much they are going to miss Gary Coleman right away. It may take a while, maybe even a years, before people hear his name and really feel that little pang of mourning in their hearts. For a long time now Gary had been trying to get things right and it was too easy for most people out there to see his personal life as something to laugh at.
I worked with Gary Coleman back in 2000 on the show Shasta McNasty. He was a great guy then and I’m sure he was a great guy up until he passed away. He worked for a long time in this industry, something not many people can say. That’s what I liked about him.
We’ll miss you, Gary.

Very sad indeed to hear about this. I was a huge fan of diff’rent strokes when I was a kid, was gutted when Trouble stopped airing it in the UK.
Gary was a tremendous talent. He wasn’t just a talented kid, talent doesn’t just dry up and go away when one reaches 18. It brings me great sadness that he is gone. I so admired that he continually worked on getting it right. Not everyone can say that.
One’s personal life is not and should not be fodder for jokes for anyone. It is such a sad thing that some people in society think they have the right to do that. Just very sad and wrong on so many levels.
God bless him and his family.
