This Fake BP Oil Twitter Account Makes Me Laugh

On Twitter there is someone who says they are a Public Relations manager for BP, if they are then they are really bad at their job. Check out BPGlobalPR to see what I mean.

It’s obviously someone making light of the whole situation in the gulf, but just like Stephen Colbert does, they’re using comedy to point out the incredible mistakes made by this company. It’s funny so go follow them if you can, I bet you’ll dig them.

Of course BP wants this character silenced, as Jimmy fallon put it :

BP wants Twitter to shut down a fake BP account that is mocking the oil company. In response, Twitter wants BP to shut down the oil leak that’s ruining the ocean.

At least we can laugh about it, right?
